The CarScene Web Platform provides:

• Public discovery of vehicles, clubs, and events
• Club and event management tools
• Administrative and account management features
• Informational and promotional content related to CarScene

CarScene provides digital infrastructure only and does not organise events or verify vehicles, venues, or participants.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Web Platform and capable of entering a legally binding agreement.

3. Accounts & Access

Some features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity conducted through your account
• Ensuring all submitted information is accurate and lawful

CarScene may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Public Content

Users may choose to make the following content public:

• Vehicles
• Clubs
• Events

Public content may be visible to:

• Other users
• Non-registered visitors
• Search engines and promotional listings

The only personal identifier displayed publicly is the display name of the content owner.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant CarScene a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute content for Platform operation and promotion.

You must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Clubs & Events Disclaimer

Club owners and event organisers are solely responsible for:

• Event planning and execution
• Safety and compliance
• Venue permissions and insurance
• Participant eligibility and conduct

CarScene:

• Is not an event organiser
• Does not supervise or control events
• Accepts no liability for incidents, injuries, or losses

Attendance is at your own risk.

7. Vehicles & Automotive Content

Vehicle information is user-submitted and informational only.

CarScene does not verify:

• Vehicle condition or modifications
• Roadworthiness or legal compliance

8. Platform Technology

The Web Platform uses cloud hosting, analytics, mapping services, and third-party integrations to function. Use of the Web Platform constitutes acceptance of these technologies as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Web Platform unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Interfere with platform integrity
• Scrape or reverse-engineer services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarScene is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Events or club activities
• Losses or damages arising from platform use
