- The display name of the content owner only
No private contact details are shared publicly.

- Biometric authentication
Permissions are optional and can be managed via device settings.
5. Clubs & Events Disclaimer
Event organisers and club owners are solely responsible for:

- Participant conduct
CarScene:
- Is not an event organiser
- Does not supervise activities
- Is not liable for incidents or losses
Use of the App and event attendance is at your own risk.
6. Automotive & Navigation Disclaimer
Navigation, routing, and mapping features:
- Are provided for convenience only
- Must not replace road laws, signage, or safe driving judgment
CarScene is not responsible for navigation errors or driving outcomes.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services for:

Use of the App implies acceptance of these integrations.
8. Suspension & Termination
